SOAR Community Events

School events for the whole family

From the classroom, to the cafeteria, to the playground, SOAR is hosting community events with the purpose of enhancing student achievement & increasing the engagement of students & families. At SOAR, we believe that community is built through authentic, respectful, collaborative, and meaningful relationships. We have leveraged that belief to plan very purposeful events that not only bring us together, but strengthen our partnership with families school-wide.

 

 

SAVE the Date! SOAR Multicultural Dinner Wednesday, December 6th at 5:00 PMThis is a night filled with culturally based performances, artwork and food! All families are encouraged to bring a sampling of food from their culture to share with our school community. There are no restrictions as to what families can bring and there will be more information related to volunteer opportunities released as we get closer to the event!

 

SAVE the Date! SOAR Together Social Action Fundraiser Friday, February 2nd, School Assembly Saturday, February 3rd, The Raptor Education Foundation (REF) There will be more information related to student activities and volunteer opportunities released as we get closer to the event!

 

SAVE the Date! SOAR Fit 4 Life The week of April 5th This event has been developed with the intent to provide students and families with the opportunity to meet some of Colorado’s athletes, and learn about sports training.

 

SAVE the Date! SOAR Art Walk Friday, May 18th Please join us for our annual Art Show and Gallery Walk! Our students work hard all year and are thrilled to share their amazing works of art with our school community. This event will be held in the school. All SOAR families are encouraged  to attend. There will be food and fun performances!
