DPS Operational Closing (No School)

The school building will be closed!
Dear SOAR Families,
We were just notified that Denver Public Schools (DPS) plans to close district schools and their central office on Friday, November 19th. This is in response to staffing challenges and operational shortages.
As a result, we will close our school. Closing our school is a difficult decision but staying open would leave us without bussing, foodservice and facilities services.
We recognize that this may cause a hardship on families. We will work very hard to find childcare options and emergency food resources. Any resources we find will be shared on our email system as soon as we learn of them being available.
